Just look at that Teddy Bear face! This sweet boy is here due to neglect. He had some skin issues that got way out of control and lost all his hair. He is feeling and looking much better now and is ready to start over. If you are looking for a special dog to share your home with; Stormy is it! Shelter hours are: Tuesday - Friday from 10am-12pm and 4-7pm and Saturdays from 10am-5pm. We are closed Sundays and Mondays. Please call 315-376-8349 for additional information.
